Project Manager

Currently we are looking for a PM.

Main tasks:

Ensuring that all activities have an associated owner;

Monitoring ongoing project activities;

Scheduling alignment sessions between streams and following up on the following actions:

• Activities completed since the last project status
• Activities expected to be completed by the next project status
• Risks, issues, dependencies and system unavailability
• Progress of the project plan and success metrics (KPIs)
• Monitoring the realisation of the project scope
• Identification of overdue activities;

Updating the plan and action for each stream;

Updating project documentation;

Carrying out the project's executive report;

Analysing KPIs to monitor team performance;

Techniques:

• Management and monitoring of project progress;
• Identifying risks and mitigation measures;
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and promoting their operationalisation;
• Standardisation of projects over 3 years;
• Managing relations with the various stakeholders;
• Engineering/management training;
• More than 4 years‘ experience in projects and more than 2 years’ experience in managing technological projects;
• More than 1 year's experience in MS Project;
• Knowledge of office and project methodologies;
• Experience in banking (preferred).
