What we’re looking for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls such as Checkpoint and Palo Alto;
• Support Switching technologies, including CISCO and Dell;
• Provide basic support for both Linux and Windows environments;
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve issues related to network protocols and cybersecurity;
• Assist with the implementation of security solutions in a managed services environment.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with Checkpoint or Palo Alto firewalls;
• Knowledge of CISCO and Dell switching technologies;
• Familiarity with Linux or Windows environments;
• Basic understanding of network protocols and security principles.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
• Ability to adapt and work in a hybrid environment.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in network security or IT support;
• European nationality for compliance with employment requirements;
• Proficiency in English (B2) for effective communication.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with hypervisors like VxRail or Nutanix;
• Certifications in network security (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or similar).
