Data Scientist – AI Engineer

As a Data Scientist, You Will

Collect, clean, and integrate data from various sources.
Perform data mining to uncover insights and patterns.
Create impactful visualizations to present findings.
Design, build, and evaluate machine learning models.
Conduct experiments to drive data-informed decisions.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams.

If AI Backend Development Is Your Focus, You Will

Develop and maintain backend systems powering AI features using Python and scalable technologies.
Transform ML models into production-ready, reliable systems.
Build features like forecasting, anomaly detection, and benchmarking.
Optimize system performance and ensure scalability and reliability.
Design and run experiments to inform product decisions.
Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and learning.

What You’ll Need

3+ years of experience in data preparation, analysis, and visualization.
Proficiency in Python or R, with strong software design skills.
Advanced SQL expertise, ideally with PostgreSQL.
Hands-on experience with statistical and machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time series).
Familiarity with data manipulation and preparation for ML.
Basic ML deployment skills (e.g., Git, CI/CD, containers).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points For

Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LLamaIndex, or Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
Knowledge of MLOps practices and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka).
Expertise with visualization tools (e.g., D3, Plotly, ggplot).
Familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable architectures.
