Ferring+You
We are looking for a Learning Coordinator to support training programs for our employees together with the L&D Team members. In this role you will participate to ensure the growth and development of talent within our company, by managing training operational tasks and by optimizing processes. You also ensure the compliance of our training processes and Training Matrix in our GMP environment, in relation with the documentation process. Your day at Ferring

• Drive the organization of our Welcome sessions (logistic, link with our internal trainers, document preparation)
  
• Ensure our training matrix is up to date (groups, users and assignments in LMS) and ensure its compliance
  
• Ensure the planning of the yearly validated training. Manage the registration and follow-up on the evolution of these trainings
  
• Maintain, drive and review KPIs and reports
  
• Manage the LMS system as a Key user and support our local Key users (training…)
  
• Review and validated our training documentation workflows
  
• Respect GMPs in every process and task
  
• Act as per our Ferring Leadership Principles
  
• Support the team in various administrative and operational topics
  
• Propose and suggest optimization
  

Behind our innovation…There’s you

• Bachelor degree with experience in a Pharma environment
  
• 2 years of experience in a similar role or as HR Specialist
  
• Organization and analytical skills
  
• Creative, analytical & collaborative mindset
  
• Ability to interact with different stakeholders (level and seniority)
  
• Good command of IT tools such as Excel, Word, PDF etc
  
• French and English
