Business Analyst (Supply Chain)

Proclinical is seeking a Business Analyst specializing in Supply Chain for a contract role in Visp, Switzerland. This position focuses on enhancing business performance within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, stakeholder communication, and process improvement to drive competitive success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage dashboards and KPIs using tools like Power BI and SAP BW.
• Gather and analyze business requirements through various methods such as workshops and surveys.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for project teams.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure data reliability.
• Define governance models for reporting and performance alerts.
• Enhance existing processes and propose new business tools.
• Create process models and specifications for developers.
• Manage project lifecycle requirements and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Build relationships with partners to optimize systems integration.
• Identify and communicate insights to improve business value.
• Foster a culture of transparency and accountability within the team.
• Mentor team members to overcome challenges and drive performance.
• Promote high-quality standards and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and ISO 9001 standards.

Key Skills and Requirements:
