As a member of the Portfolio Management Office, you will oversee part of the investment portfolio, act as the single source of truth for internal stakeholders, analyse, evaluate, prepare and monitor portfolio management.
Primary function & essential responsibilities will include:
- Quarterly LP reports for company funds.
- Monthly/quarterly reporting on the performance of portfolio companies.
- Databases accuracy in terms of financials and impact metrics and consistency across all the internal channels including platforms, quarterly reporting, and ad-hoc presentations.
- Responding to internal stakeholders and external investor requests for information on an as-needed basis.
- User access setup and sending periodical templates to collect the monthly/quarterly data.
- Managing the day-to-day relationship with Investment Team and F&A.
- Modifying and maintaining all templates and reports as required. Maintain platform reporting.
- Developing ad-hoc Portfolio Management-related materials and analysis.
- Reviewing portfolio company operational updates and other financial analysis.
- Supporting the Investor Relation team to prepare presentations for investor meetings.
You need to have:
- Educational Background: University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.2+ years of relevant financial experience, specifically in credit analysis or portfolio management
- Private Markets Knowledge: Demonstrable interest and working knowledge of private markets and investment types.
- Technical Skills: Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills. Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), financial modelling and Power BI is a must.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Teamwork & Drive: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Integrity & Trustworthiness: Impeccable integrity, with a high degree of professionalism and trustworthiness.
