In this role, you will be an important part of the Product Management team, working cross-functionally to develop and market PPC's product portfolio, with a focus on business customers (B2C).

Together with us, you have the chance to grow everyday, contributing to energy transition, being responsible of:

• Taking charge of the entire lifecycle of the current Electricity, B2C product portfolio;
• Driving the roadmap & development for successful launches of new products;
• Managing the complete end-to-end go-to-market process for new products, including customer insights, business case modeling, pricing, defining requirements, and successful launches;
• Utilizing customer feedback from multiple touchpoints to build a comprehensive understanding of customer problems, opportunities, and behavior;
• Monitoring and understanding the local and international market landscape, and reviewing the competition to provide business insights to the team;
• Being aware of Legal, Regulatory, GDPR requirements and constraints, according to the Energy industry in Romania;
• Monitor portfolio evolution, sales results & campaign results.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences or a similar field
• 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in service industries
• Clear understanding of product development stages
• Extensive experience launching products
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
• Ability to identify voice of the customer, market trends and understand main customer conversion moments
• Ability to provide actionable insights to develop the product portfolio strategy
• Proactive in collaborating with other departments: Customer Care, Sales, IT etc
• Experiente working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Nice to have: PowerBI, ThinkCell
• Self-motivated team player with an excitement for driving results
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Always curious & eager to implement the next best marketing tactic that will drive results
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
