The Chief Security Office (CSO) of our client comprises the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) and the Corporate Security unit. The CISO organization guarantees information security for our client. To do this, it uses an internally produced web application designed to identify cyber threats and avert attacks in a proactive manner and enable collaboration among the teams.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in any one of leading IAM solutions (eg., One Identity, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, etc)
• Support maintenance of IAM information assets across the organization, including documentation, catalogues and risk assessments
• Involved in all Project phases, from Project Inception to Maintenance, Project Phases (requirements, architectural and functional design, planning, development, testing, release, support)
• Handling Business/Change stakeholders from Technical side: influencing skills, collaboration skills, negotiation skills, being able to discuss on high level, attentive to Business/Tech relationship challenges and stakes.
• Leadership and Team/Project Lead responsibilities, especially building relationships and in the same time remaining firm and in control with the Central Strategy of the Project.
• Work with both Internal-Customer and External-Supplier
• Experience of access lifecycle systems (with a focus on request & approval, provisioning, recertification, Joiner/Movers/Leavers)
• Experience in process tuning, automation and reengineering

Skills

• Experience in any one of leading IAM solutions (eg., One Identity, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, etc)
• 5+ years' experience with International stakeholders (especially German, UK, India)
• Very good in (Project) Planning
• Very professional at writing and reading Emails
• Fluent to native English, especially Grammar
• Self-driven, self-responsible, pro-active and diplomatic push when necessary
• Charismatic and open minded
• Mature to peak pressure
• Willing for Long Term collaboration
• Willing to take an extra mile
• Flexible on on-site attendance: minimum 2-3 days per week in DB office
