Responsibilities:

• Maintain system platforms for clients in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
• Configure and manage networks, servers, and clients.
• Configure and manage Microsoft products.
• Handle events from platform monitoring and address system technology calls.
• Document system platforms.
• Additional responsibilities for clients and/or expert topics and assistance with the Junior engineers.

Requirements:

• Education in computer science (preferably BSc or above)
• Fluent in German and fluent in English
• Located in or within a reasonable commuting distance of Lucerne.
• A structured and proactive work approach.
• Reliability and willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts.
• A driver's license.
• For the senior level, at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
