Role Title: Project Manager

Role Description:

As a Project Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions with a strong focus on Copilot Studio and Power Automate. You will work closely with stakeholders to align technology with business needs while ensuring compliance in highly regulated environments. This role involves strategy development, governance, integration of M365 Copilot, and automation workflows to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Leadership:
• Lead the implementation of Power Platform solutions, with an emphasis on Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Integration Expertise:
• Drive the seamless integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot into existing enterprise environments.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify automation opportunities, and drive AI-driven enhancements.
• Governance Development:
• Define strategy and governance models for platform integration, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Technical Guidance:
• Provide expertise in integrating development platforms with GitHub and establishing robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Documentation:
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure scalability and knowledge sharing.

Experience & Essential Skills:

• Experience Level:
• Minimum 10+ years in related fields, with proven expertise in the Power Platform.
• Core Skills:
• Deep expertise in Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot integration within enterprise environments.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries with knowledge of compliance and risk management.
• Hands-on experience in integrating development platforms with GitHub and configuring CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Certifications:
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform, Azure) are highly desirable.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with AI-driven process optimization and automation.
• Experience in developing strategy and governance for digital transformation projects in compliance-intensive sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable solutions in cross-functional environments.
