The Continuous Improvement Business Analyst is responsible to provide insights to the overall performance of the function, support implementation of various workstreams evolving the framework and help grow employees’ skills in CI by self-sufficiently driving cross-functional workshops.

Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for Business Analyst are:

• Provide insights on functions performance and analyze gaps
• Coordination support to various initiatives within Central CI Team
• Independently run 1-star workshops and A3-thinking workshops with cross-functional teams
• Support CI Manager in developing new topics, evolving the framework of CI
  
  

Candidate Requirements

You are independent, confident, have a lot of personal drive as well as ability to work with people at all levels of the organization with strong social skills. Overall, a clear high-potential candidate with a genuine interest in having a career in Electrolux. We expect the right candidate to have Masters degree in engineering / business / economics At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably from consulting company, after university graduation Strong project management skills Ability and willingness to lead presentations / workshops What you will get from the program: Great learning experience and skill-building Gross salary of 28,500 SEK for the first 12 months and the 13th and 14th will be 30,400 SEK vacation days and other company benefits Mobile phone and laptop Visa costs, visa process and relocation support: local registration processes Support in permanent hiring opportunities within Electrolux Group towards the end of the program
