Job Title: Solution Architect - Supply Chain Management (SCM) - Europe

Location: Netherlands(priority), Finland

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with a specialization in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to join our growing European team. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in designing and delivering innovative SCM solutions for our clients across Europe, primarily focusing on the Manufacturing and Logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Solution Design & Architecture:
• Define and design end-to-end SCM solutions, encompassing areas such as demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and transportation.
• Develop and present compelling solution proposals to clients, showcasing value proposition and addressing their business challenges.
• Ensure alignment of proposed solutions with client business objectives, industry best practices, and technology roadmap.
• Client Engagement:
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business needs and translating them into effective technology solutions.
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to effectively communicate solution value and address client concerns.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, identify key stakeholders, and manage expectations.
• Technology Expertise:
• Deep understanding of modern SCM technologies, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud, eBS, JD Edwards), and SCM-specific SaaS solutions (e.g., Blue Yonder, Oracle SCM Cloud).
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies in the SCM domain, such as AI/ML, IoT, and blockchain.
• Solution Delivery:
• Provide guidance and support to project teams during implementation and integration phases.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects within budget and on schedule.
• Thought Leadership:
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership materials, such as white papers and presentations, on SCM trends and best practices.
• Actively participate in industry events and conferences to enhance market visibility and build thought leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing SCM solutions within the Manufacturing and Logistics sectors.
• Deep understanding of industry best practices and challenges within the Supply Chain domain.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in one or more European languages (e.g., German, French, Dutch) being a strong advantage.

• Experience with specific SCM technologies
• Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
