• Define and maintain our Android development standards, keeping us at the forefront of innovation.
• Build, support, and inspire a team that thrives on delivering exceptional quality and performance.
• Tackle the challenges of a rapidly growing user base by creating an app that performs seamlessly.
• Experiment, iterate, and bring your ideas to life, setting new standards for Android banking apps.
• You're an expert in Android development working with Android Studio Gitlab CICD or similar.
• You know how to lead Android small/medium teams to deliver apps at scale.
• You’re comfortable getting into the code and making impactful technical decisions You love taking ownership and you are good at reflecting on and improving your code
• You speak English fluently
