The purpose of this role is to design and develop Interaction Design concepts, user interfaces, and design systems that enhance the user experience across all stages of the B2C customer journey. You will collaborate closely with our Experience Design teams in Switzerland and Canada, leveraging the latest tools, methodologies, and industry insights.

Your tasks:

  • Design clear, intuitive, and engaging solutions, ensuring information and functions are easy to access and use.
  • Create, maintain, and scale design systems for multiple brands.
  • Initiate and prioritize user evaluations in collaboration with our research team and incorporate feedback to iteratively refine designs through User-Centered Design methodologies.
  • Work closely with product management and developers to design within given viability and feasibility constraints, representing the end-user when influencing tradeoffs to prioritize an optimal User Experience.
  • Collaborate closely with other UX designers on the team to ensure consistent interactions across the hearing instrument ecosystem.
  • Document design solutions according to the Experience Design team standards.


Your profile:

  • University degree in Interaction Design, UX Design, HCI or similar.
  • Around 3 years of experience designing UX/UI for mobile applications on iOS and Android.
  • Experience with accessibility standards.
  • Experience with Design System in Figma.
  • Strong UI and design system skillset.
  • Empathy to understand consumer’s needs.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
  • Creativity, curiosity and open-mindedness.
  • Self-starter, well organized person, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Flexible in incorporating feedback, open to evaluations, and capable of self-critique for continuous improvement.


Nice to have:

  • Experience with designing for medical use.
  • Good understanding of modern front-end development.
