Figma Designer with 5+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality design solutions.
• Lead the design process, from concept to final execution, using Figma.
• Ensure design consistency across projects while maintaining creativity and innovation.
• Work closely with product managers and developers to translate requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
• Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to improve design outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Figma Designer (or similar role).
• Strong proficiency in Figma, with a solid portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
• Experience with UI/UX design and responsive web design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering user-centric designs.
• Ability to work at least 4 days a week in the office (Fulya, Istanbul).
