Talent Acquisition Master Project Student

Your Responsibilities

You think it is time for something different? Then you are at the right place ! You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as;

/ Supporting the Talent Acquisiton Team in key processes and working on selection process (phone interviews, organizing face to face interviews, etc) for candidates

/ Managing the full life-cycle recruitment (i.e. posting job ads, screening of applications, scheduling & conducting interviews)

/ Help the team define our employer branding strategy and identify the most relevant career fairs, local job fairs, and campus events

/ Support for organizing internal events and promoting the A High Performance Culture principles and assist in communications with internal

stakeholders

/ Work closely with recruiters to identify the best channel to advertise our job openings and analyse their productivites

Your Profile

/ Enrolling in a master program; on going studentship is a must

/ Ability to come at least 4 days in a week and good verbal and written English communication skills

/ Aim to have a career in HR Department

/ Strong interpersonal skills, good intuition, and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization

/ Analytical and flexible minded, creative and good team player
