Qulifications
- A background of min 5 years HR experience, preferably in fast-growing technology companies,
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources,
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
- Strong organizational skills, ability to handle complex and multiple tasks,
- Excellent knowledge of English both verbal and written.
Job Descriptions
- Working closely with line managers to provide strategic HR Support in order to understand the business needs and develop customized solutions & projects,
- Giving consultancy to line managers regarding career management, performance management, compensation management, talent management, organizational change,
- Managing and facilitating the overall Performance Management process and Employee Engagement Survey throughout the year,
- Analyzing the large sets of data, preparing the senior management reports, following up the headcount budget,
- Developing and executing technical training and development needs in order to support business needs.
