Human Resources Information Systems Assistant Specialist

We are looking for a “Human Resources Information Systems Assistant Specialist ” to be assigned to our “Human Resources” department located in “İstanbul HQ.”
WHAT DO WE EXPECT ?
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities in Engineering fields,
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resources Information Systems
- Preferably knowledge of Success Factor modules,
- Experienced in system integrations
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken,
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Especially Excel),
- Having strong quantitative and analytical thinking, multi-tasked working capacity, detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment with a mindset of full ownership,
- Excellent communication abilities combined with strong interpersonal skills.
WHAT AWAITS YOU ?
- Support the day-to-day operations and administration of the HRIS (SuccessFactors). Ensure that the system is kept up-to-date and operational
- Assist with the setup, testing, and deployment of new system features, updates, and configurations.
- Respond to technical issues, provide system-based and process-based solutions and escalating complex matters when needed.
- Coordinate with other departments for the development, improvement, and implementation of new projects related to the system
- Creating and updating reporting modules
- Generate standard and ad-hoc reports for HR and leadership teams.
- Update and maintain employee records, workflows, and organizational structures within the system.
- Collaborate with HR teams to document and improve system-related processes.
- Support the development and maintenance of user guides, training materials, and system documentation.
- Creating and updating the authorization matrix. Maintain and update user access and role permissions in line with company policies.
