Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in HU PL enhancements project. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of 3PL interfaces with data exchange of Handling Units and 3PL deployment in one site, while effectively managing timelines, stakeholder expectations, and deliverables. A background in the pharmaceutical industry and a thorough knowledge of GxP regulations are essential for this role.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and manage the deployment and enhancement of 3PL interfaces, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain detailed project plans.
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and integration of the 3PL with data exchange of the HUs.
• Drive adoption of the new functionalities aligned with best practices.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring alignment on project goals.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and address any concerns.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Ensure proper documentation of project activities. Coordinate training and provide ongoing support for end-users.
• Occasional visits to sites are also required.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on 3PL integrations.
• SAP BTP knowledge.
• Good understanding of SAP EWM, ECC and GLM.
• Proven track record of managing projects within the Pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other regulatory standards.
• Experience in managing end-to-end SAP implementations, enhancements, or upgrades.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP, Prince2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with external vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
