RED TIC looking for a passionate Software Development Engineer to join our innovative team. You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet business and user requirements, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Software Design and Development:
• Design, code, and test scalable, maintainable, and efficient software solutions.
• Implement new features and enhance existing systems to improve performance and functionality.
• Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and adopt best practices.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization:
• Identify and resolve software bugs and performance issues.
• Continuously optimize code for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Continuous Learning and Improvement:
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
• Contribute to the evolution of development processes and standards.
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years in software development or a similar role.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
• Experience with frameworks and tools like Spring, Angular, React, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
