IT Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage all IT functions across the organization. The role involves leading IT strategy, ensuring systems and infrastructure support business objectives, driving digital transformation, and enhancing security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the EPC and Oil & Gas industry, with leadership and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including ERP systems and business applications.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, ensuring high performance.
• Ensure cybersecurity and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage IT budget.
• Drive digital transformation and evaluate new technologies.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet IT needs and enhance operations.
• Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10-15 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or construction sectors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems (ERP, cloud platforms).
• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
