This role falls under ECSS, a subsidiary of Aldar Estates.

In this role, you monitor a product from conceptualization through the planning and development. You develop new products, design and execute plans, test the product, and launch it on the market. improving customer retention and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams. Help in enhancing product value proposition and leverage expansion opportunities.

Roles, Responsibilities, Duties

• Developing and driving the product strategy and roadmap amongst all stakeholders to achieve year-on-year growth.
• Partnering with our Sales and Marketing teams on go-to-market campaigns to ensure alignment between business and product strategy.
• Empowering the Development and Design teams to execute the product vision.
• Measuring and celebrating success using business intelligence tools, modern reporting and exciting town hall presentations.
• Leveraging previous commercial experience to uncover new opportunities to keep us ahead of PropTech disruption.
• Proactively solve potential problems with other teams to avoid unnecessary conflicts
• Delivering large-scale bug free releases on time and on budget.
• A natural ability to interpret ambiguity and complexity and transform it to organized and detailed communication.
• Proven track record of delivering multi-product GTM strategies in a SaaS & Monolith environment to demonstrate the ability to influence and negotiate with other “heads of” to achieve win-win outcomes.
• Superior relationship-building, public speaking, and time management skills.
• Proven subject matter expertise in the needs of businesses small and large.
• Excellent technical acumen - knowledge of what it takes to develop code as well as proficiency in modern tech stacks.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM fundamentals.
• To empathize with different user types to reach a successful product direction.
• Ability to use data and analytics with intuition to help drive decision-making.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, computer science or similar field
