Overview:


DCT’s Supply Management Department requires the services, expertise and support of an experienced procurement professional to help the department achieve its transformation objectives.


As a Data & Reporting Analyst, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining transactional and operational reports and dashboards. Your work will help measure and track volumes, cycle times, KPIs, and SLAs, all in alignment with DCT’s operating guidelines.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Design build and maintain digital dashboards and reports in Power BI to track the full procurement cycle covering KPIs, SLAs, sourcing, contract management, supplier performance, and spend analysis.
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to define reporting requirements and key metrics.
  • Explore automation opportunities to streamline KPI reporting and reduce manual processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and develop customized, actionable reports.
  • Perform detailed analysis of procurement data to provide meaningful insights for improving efficiency and decision-making. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
  • Work closely with the finance reporting team to ensure full-cycle reporting that integrates both finance and procurement KPIs.


Minimum Qualifications Requirement:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or any other decree within relevant industry.
  • 5-7 years in Supply Management Data and Reporting.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI for data visualization.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and automation in reporting.
  • Understanding of procurement processes.
