Our partner is a leading online community for FTSE 350 board members and FTSE 100 executive committee members. They provide a secure platform for members to connect, collaborate, and share knowledge. Additionally, they offer access to commercial NED vacancies and equity research, as well as opportunities to engage in private video events. The platform has moved extremely rapidly in terms of taking investment, monetising and attracting corporate partners and members. It now represents almost all of the FTSE 100 index and is scaling.
About the Role:
They are looking to expand their team and hire an exceptional Graduate Developer to join their London team. The role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact, contributing to both product development and strategic leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining the company’s executive networking platform, ensuring a seamless user experience for FTSE 350 leaders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, manage platform data, and troubleshoot technical issues. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with exposure to a high-profile business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain the company’s online platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Work on building features to improve networking capabilities, search functionality, and data visualization for members.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop tools or features that help sponsors and members interact effectively.
- Help ensure the platform complies with relevant data security and privacy standards, particularly since it involves high-profile executives.
- Implement features that maintain the integrity and confidentiality of user data.
- Assist in integrating and managing data related to sponsorship opportunities, membership details, and platform analytics.
- Support data-driven insights that improve the platform’s functionality and value to users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Software Engineering or related degree.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript (preferably React/Node.js), or similar.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks is a plus.
- Clear communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong ability to work in a small, agile, and fast-paced team, with a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
