We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic Product Manager to lead the development and execution of MIK Engage: Voting Platform, a high-profile project that engages audiences worldwide.

Role Overview

As the Product Manager for MIK Engage, you will act as the driving force behind the project. This role requires exceptional leadership, technical know-how, and a passion for delivering high-quality digital products. You will be the primary liaison between stakeholders, clients, and the project team, ensuring smooth execution and outstanding results. Must have Jira experience.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management and Client Liaison:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Deliver regular updates and reports on project progress.
• Address concerns promptly to ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.

Project Leadership and Team Collaboration:

• Lead and coordinate the project team to ensure efficient collaboration and communication.
• Organize and facilitate regular sprint meetings to track progress and adapt plans as needed.

Task Scheduling and Deadline Management:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project schedule aligned with strategic goals.
• Monitor task completion, manage deadlines, and address dependencies to keep the project on track.

Quality Assurance and Control:

• Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Regularly review project outputs and address any quality-related issues proactively.

Availability and Communication:

• Be available for daily team coordination, particularly during Sydney Eastern Standard Time (9 AM).
• Suitable for applicants based in the Eastern Standard Timezone
• Adapt working hours as required during peak project phases.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Jira for project management and task tracking (essential).
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in digital platforms or voting systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
