Application Developer

12 months contract with a possibility to extend or to go perm!

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the Application Enhancement and Maintenance Support Team.
• Implement enhancements based on requirements specified in Change Requests.
• Perform application testing and resolve application defects.
• Provide production support to users, handling inquirries and resolving production issues.
• Offer solutions or workarounds for reported issues.
• Liaise with external systems to help resolve production issues as needed.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.
• Meet service level agreements and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in JAVA development.
• Willingness to learn PEGA.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
