Cyber Security Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Access Management Engineer with hands-on experience in the Ping Identity Platform to design, implement, and support identity and access management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating IAM systems with various applications, migrating legacy systems, and ensuring secure, efficient, and seamless access for users. This role requires expertise in advanced authentication protocols, system design, and troubleshooting in dynamic and collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Design: Develop comprehensive design documents, propose efficient solutions, and estimate timelines for IAM projects.
2. Application Onboarding: Integrate IAM solutions, including Ping One SSO, Ping ID, Ping Da Vinci, Ping Federate, and Ping Access, with new applications and platforms.
3. Application Migration: Plan and execute migrations from legacy IAM systems to modern solutions with innovative design thinking.
4. Operations Support: Provide Level 3 (L3) support for production issues, working closely with support teams to resolve complex problems effectively.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business needs.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Mimimum 4 years of experience in IAM
2. Strong technical expertise in designing, developing, coding, testing, and debugging IAM systems.
3. Proficiency with authentication and authorization protocols, including SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM.
4. Hands-on experience with advanced multifactor authentication techniques, such as passwordless authentication and FIDO2 standards.
5. Passion for improving web and infrastructure security in fast-paced environments.
6. Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
7. Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the Ping Identity Platform tools like Ping One SSO, Ping ID, Ping Da Vinci, Ping Federate, and Ping Access.
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to enhancing security and access management solutions.
