Technical SDM is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of technology projects involving BMC Control-M, Windows, VMS, and Security technologies. This role requires a strong technical background in these areas, combined with proven project management skills and experience. The Technical Project Delivery Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Initiation:
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Identify 1 and document project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Project Execution and Control:
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including technical resources, business analysts, and vendors.
• Track project progress against plan and take corrective action as needed.
• Manage project risks and issues, escalating to senior management as appropriate.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management:
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
• Facilitate project meetings and workshops.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
• Technical Expertise:
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate resources as needed.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in BMC Control-M, Windows, VMS, and Security.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations.

Qualifications
