Technical SDM is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of technology projects involving BMC Control-M, Windows, VMS, and Security technologies. This role requires a strong technical background in these areas, combined with proven project management skills and experience. The Technical Project Delivery Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Initiation:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify 1 and document project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Project Execution and Control:
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including technical resources, business analysts, and vendors.
- Track project progress against plan and take corrective action as needed.
- Manage project risks and issues, escalating to senior management as appropriate.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
- Facilitate project meetings and workshops.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate resources as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in BMC Control-M, Windows, VMS, and Security.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations.
