Web3 Research 研究员

Job Responsibilities:

1. Produce quality research on macro and sector trends, including but not limited to L1/L2, DeFi, NFT/Gaming, Infra, RWA, AI Agents and emerging decentralized applications (dApps).

2. Analyze, evaluate and synthesize trends from a variety of data sources (internal data, public blockchain data, etc.).

3. Interact with project teams and industry experts to collect information.

4. Proactively stay informed about market trends, opportunities, risks and new projects, with a passion for the cryptocurrency industry

5. Collaborate with internal teams, including product and partnerships teams, to provide actionable insights for Web3 integration.

Requirements:

- Experience in crypto or blockchain companies/VCs

- Good knowledge of blockchain data and proficient in using crypto data and insights platforms.

- Strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of the crypto industry.

- Bachelor's degrees in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or other related areas are a plus.

- Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts clearly.

- Self driven and demonstrated strong work ethics. Can handle high pressure and a fast-paced work environment.
