AI / ML Intern

The Leidos Capture Operations and Excellence organization is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our business development team through an internship to support the applications of artificial intelligence and machine learning. The ideal candidate will be able to apply AI / ML applications and collaborate with the business development team to analyze data, identify trends, and deliver products to support the growth organization.

Primary Responsibilities

The Business Development team is a dynamic group of professionals responsible for growing and contributing to growth at the Corporate level. Our teams are fast-paced, strategic and highly motivated to win and capture new business. The Ideal Candidate Will Regularly Support The Following Tasks

• Organize and structure data from multiple sources
• Prepare data for AI / ML applications
• Apply AI / ML development techniques to build products from market intelligence data
• Develop a summary of analysis results and be capable of providing clarification to other team members
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Candidate must be pursuing a degree with a Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or other STEM major.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Candidate must have demonstrated experience analyzing data and interpreting results.
• Willingness to learn about the application of AI / ML to business development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with generative AI applications and computational modeling
• Experience with multiple software development languages including PYTHON
• Familiarity with AI / ML frameworks, libraries, and architectures

Pay Range

Pay Range $46,800.00 - $84,600.00
