We’re offering Bachelor's & Master's students a one-of-a-kind opportunity to dive into the world of consulting.

With minimum 12 weeks internship duration, you’ll become an essential part of a dynamic consulting team, working on real client projects and gaining valuable hands-on experience. You’ll get a true feel for our culture and whether Roland Berger is the right fit for you.

• Relevant practical and international experience
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a winning personality
