Shareable Slots R&D is Central Slots Business Domain that focused on new cross studio technology development and slot delivery to all studios.The solution includes full delivery pipeline for each shared feature ( Back office, client and server parts ) and consists of dedicated microservices on backend and common libraries on frontend.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to translate the business vision and goals to a clear backlog for the teams and provide business reasoning for each item
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to create a prioritized valuable backlog
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align objectives and effectively communicate them to RnD teams
• Work with all relevant cross-functional teams (R&D, Designers, BI/BA, etc.) to guarantee smooth, efficient implementation
• Work closely with development teams before and during the sprints to ensure that they understand the vision of the product and are designing great effective solutions
• Promote and sell your products to all other departments and continuously collect feedback to adjust product scope and priorities
• Synchronize with other PO’s across the organization to provide successful deliveries
• Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
• Manage ongoing maintenance and improvement of product features
• Presentations both for development team and stakeholders
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in Product/Project Management - meeting deadlines and business requirements (1+ years)
• Ability to distinguish business goals and priorities, dividing requirements by POC, MVP, and next versions
• Experience with User stories creation, Story mapping
• Upper-intermediate English
• Ability to move projects forward with little direction
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Project management abilities and passion for games
• Mover & shaker, who adapts well to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, high attention to details
• Ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines and to influence effectively
• A problem solver – highly inventive thinker that will provide insightful, innovative solutions to any problem
