What You Will Be Doing:

As a Junior Data Scientist, you will play a key role in supporting clients across different industries in their data-driven transformations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Working on exciting data science projects: You will help develop and implement data science solutions that transform clients’ businesses. These include projects in Causal Inference, GenAI (especially using open-source & open-weight LLMs), Forecasting and Optimisation
• Collaborating across teams: Work with our creative, strategy, and activation teams to deliver comprehensive services.
• Building client relationships: Use your technical skills to help clients enhance their marketing efforts and data strategies.
• International exposure: You’ll have opportunities to work on projects with global teams, gaining valuable experience across different markets such as the US, France, Sweden & the UK.

You will also:

• Ensure successful and timely delivery of your data Science & ML projects.
• Keep your team updated on progress and share achievements.
• Work closely with consultants to understand clients' needs and create impactful data science solutions.
• Ensure your solutions provide real value to clients and their goals.
• Be a strong team player and contribute to shared objectives.

What We Are Looking For

We’re seeking someone who has:

• Educational Background: A completed Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, machine learning, mathematics, or related subjects).
• Hands-On Experience: Some experience (e.g., internships or working student roles) in data engineering, analytics, or consulting, preferably in a marketing or digital context is considered a plus.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of computer science fundamentals, data processing, algorithms, and data architecture. Experience with tools like Python and SQL is a plus.
• Analytical Mindset: A love for working with data to find actionable insights and solve problems.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable discussing technical and non-technical topics with clients and team members.
• Curiosity and Passion: A genuine interest in learning and exploring new technologies and tools in data and AI.
