You will be responsible for:

  1. Negotiation Execution:o Lead negotiations for simple contract renewals, spot buys, and medium complexity sourcing, ensuring driven pricing and favorable contract terms.
  2. New Supplier Implementation / relationship maintenance:o Assist in onboarding new suppliers by evaluating their capabilities and ensuring they meet interpersonal needs. Help optimize supplier relationships and performance.
  3. Contract Maintenance:o Be responsible for procurement contracts, formalizing any new terms and ensuring compliance with agreements across LATAM.
  4. Report Control and Automation:o Build automated processes for generating accurate and timely reports and dashboards to support decision-making in procurement.
  5. Spend Control Projects:o Lead projects to control spending and improve data accuracy, collaborating with partners to enhance spend visibility.
  6. Process Optimization:o Identify inefficiencies in procurement processes and implement solutions to simplify workflows and increase productivity.
  7. Community Engagement:o Support and participate in volunteer initiatives as part of the Procurement Cares program, encouraging team involvement in community service.


Qualifications / Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree (Jan/2023 - Jan/2025) or equivalent experience is required.
  • Sophisticated English level – Spanish will be a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, influencing, teamwork.
  • Customer Orientation (building and maintaining positive relationships with J&J senior management).
  • Able to dynamically prioritize requests and propose effective cost/customer service alternatives when vital.
  • Ability to show critical thinking and project management skills.
