The Investment Analyst plays a key role in managing the BtR and commercial portfolio while supporting strategic future acquisitions.

The role

• Analyse BtR opportunities and disposal strategies (forward-funding, joint ventures, etc.).
• Conduct in-depth market research to guide strategic decision-making.
• Create and refine financial models to support investment strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on deal management and due diligence.
• Contribute to commercial lettings, tenant management, and capital-raising activities.

What you need

• Experience in real estate investment, especially the living sectors.
• A degree in real estate, finance, or a related field.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
• A proactive team player with attention to detail and a passion for excellence.
