Are you a talented Product Manager with expertise in cards or FinTech? A leading embedded payments provider in the UK and Europe is seeking a Product Manager to lead their card products and drive innovation in a high-growth environment.

This innovative company offers an industry-leading platform that enables businesses to streamline their payment operations through advanced API integrations, seamless card products, and cutting-edge payment solutions.

About the Role:

As the Product Manager for Cards, you will own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, ensuring compliance with card scheme rules and driving product adoption. You’ll collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions, manage supplier relationships, and track performance against KPIs. Using data-driven insights, you will prioritise product development to align with customer needs and business goals, driving innovation and scaling card products in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• ~3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis (flexible on level).
• Expertise in building card products, with hands-on experience in card schemes.
• Proven experience in fast-paced, technology-driven environments, ideally within FinTech.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Location: London, Edinburgh, or Amsterdam (Hybrid).

Compensation: £65,000–£90,000 + share + bonus + benefits.
