What You’ll Do

Expert in Cisco Meraki SDWAN, Cisco Wireless Networking, Cisco Switching & Routing fwho will be managing the core network infrastructure, collaborate closely with other IT professionals to optimize networks for performance, security, and scalability..

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Cisco Meraki, Cisco Wireless, Switching & Routing Cisco and Azure Networking Services.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of network systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor security measures to protect network infrastructure.
• Assist in the development and execution of IT business support strategies.
• Utilize Azure Cloud Networking skills to enhance network capabilities.
• Provide user access and identity management support to ensure secure access to network resources.
• Contribute to IT security initiatives to protect company data and assets.
• Document network configurations and changes to maintain accurate records.
• Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Possess strong technical skills in Wireless, Switching & Routing Cisco, and Azure Networking Services.
• Have experience in IT business support and a good understanding of IT operations.
• Nice to have skills in Azure Cloud - Networking, and Cloud Networks - Cisco Meraki.
• Knowledge of IT Security and User Access & Identity Management is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot network issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
• Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate network records.
