C&Q and CSV Engineer

Hobson Prior is seeking a C&Q and CSV Engineer to join a dynamic team in Switzerland or France. In this role, you will focus on ensuring that equipment and systems are properly tested and meet necessary standards. You will work closely with various teams to maintain compliance and improve processes.

To be considered for this role, you must have the right to work in this location, including having a Swiss work permit in place.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage testing and validation of equipment and systems.
• Develop strategies for testing based on risk and scientific reasoning.
• Ensure all equipment and systems are maintained according to local guidelines.
• Write and review documents related to testing and validation.
• Oversee testing activities, including coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
• Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Build strong relationships with team members and suppliers.
• Identify and solve problems to improve processes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with international regulations and best practices.
• Understanding of data integrity and pharmaceutical equipment.
• Strong communication skills in English; French is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
