You'll help build scalable, AI-powered solutions-such as chatbots-and seamlessly integrate advanced AI technologies into existing systems, ultimately enhancing the customer experience and journey.

• Company Size: 1000+ employees
• Team: 25+ Engineers across Mobile, Software, and Web (within a broader 85-person AI team)
• Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in the office

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions that are key to improving customer order fulfillment operations.
• Ensure the delivery of applications that meet both business and customer expectations, holding full accountability from development through to production.
• Validate solutions through automated and unit testing, ensuring they are scalable and sustainable.
• Dive into technical analysis, experimenting with various approaches to solve complex problems and achieve the best outcomes.
• Adopt a product-focused mindset, aligning solutions with product goals and user needs, while emphasizing software quality at every step.

Technical Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering and development, particularly with web applications and technologies.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot for building robust back-end systems.
• Solid experience with front-end technologies like TypeScript/JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue).
• Proficient in API development and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Kotlin.
• Familiarity with OWASP security best practices.
