Role: ServiceNow Developer
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 12 Months + Extension
Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Rate: Up to 120 CHF per hour
Working Model: 2-3 Days Onsite
Job Summary:
My client are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to meet their business and IT objectives. You will collaborate closely with both technical and business teams to understand requirements, architect tailored solutions, and ensure their successful deployment and adoption. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they align with both business objectives and IT best practices.
- Architect and implement ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, and other custom solutions as needed.
- Drive the development, configuration, and administration of ServiceNow while ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, integrate external systems, and customize workflows to meet evolving needs.
- Provide technical leadership to the ServiceNow development team, guiding them in solving complex challenges and achieving project goals.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality outputs that comply with coding standards and ServiceNow best practices.
- Continuously assess and improve the platform’s performance, scalability, and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Valid Swiss Working Permit is required.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, development standards, and API integrations.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Proven ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
