Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.
• Oversee the architecture, integration, and optimization of .NET applications.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers to improve their skills and deliver high-performance solutions.
• Manage the team’s workload and resources efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in C#/.NET development.
• Strong knowledge of .NET technologies including ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related frameworks.
• Expertise in software architecture and design patterns.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written).
