Your new role

As a Network Engineer you will play a crucial role in designing, deploying, and maintaining the IP & MPLS network. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing network design for BAU operations.
  
• Rolling out and deploying network solutions to the IP & MPLS Network.
  
• Developing technical design documentation, including HLD, LLD, and network drawings.
  

• Provide tier-3 support to the operational team.
  

• Occasionally handling hardware procurement for the business.
  
• Continuously seeking ways to improve our processes and exceed customer expectations.
  

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  
• Industry certification equivalent to CCNP.
  
• A minimum of 3+ years' experience in an operational role.
  
• Proven experience working in an ISP environment.
  
• Experience managing the delivery of network projects.
  
• Essential skills in OSPF, BGP, ISIS, BFD, LDP, L2TP, BRAS, Radius, and PPPoE.
  
• Extensive experience with Cisco.
  
• Proven troubleshooting skills for network-related issues.
  
• An understanding of product development challenges.
  
• Strong documentation and project management skills.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
