We are looking for a Data & Insights Junior Analyst to join our Strategy & Performance team. Your mission will be to transform data into valuable information to drive strategic decisions at Kavak.

What will you do?

● Collaborate with stakeholders to identify information needs and design solutions that create value.

● Analyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities that contribute to achieving business goals.

● Create clear reports and visualizations to support informed and strategic decision-making.

● Design and manage dashboards to monitor the performance of key areas.

● Promote a data-driven decision-making culture by training teams in the interpretation and use of information.

What are we looking for?

● Graduates of Industrial Engineering, Economics, Digital Business, or related fields with a technical background in data.

● Knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis.

● Advanced level of English.

● Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or strategic consulting projects (nice to have).

● Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar (nice to have).

● Strong communication skills to effectively present results to technical and non-technical audiences.

● Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
