Client Advisor - Digital and Technological Transformation

Tapptic is a consulting company specializing in digital and technological transformation, combining digital strategy, design, development, and integration of innovative solutions. Our mission is to guide clients through their transformation by leveraging strategic vision, technological expertise, and innovation (AR/VR, Generative AI, etc.).

We are seeking an experienced Client Advisor to join our Brussels-based team to manage large clients and projects portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

As a Client Advisor, you will:

• Advise and support clients: Understand their needs, identify opportunities for digital and technological transformation, and deliver tailored solutions.

• Build strong relationships: Develop and maintain a professional network to establish yourself as a trusted partner.

• Drive business growth: Identify new business opportunities, expand the client portfolio, and negotiate strategic contracts.

• Oversee complex projects: Supervise the implementation of digital solutions alongside strategic, creative, and technical teams.

• Share innovation: Promote emerging technologies (AR/VR, Generative AI, etc.) to clients and incorporate them into value propositions.

• Travel : meet your clients across Europe, join international fairs to get inspired and meet new contacts

Your Profile

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in consulting, account management, or business development, preferably in digital or technological fields.

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels (including C-levels).

• In-depth knowledge of digital strategy, innovation, and technology (mobile app, website, UX/UI)

• Knowledge of the major platforms and framework (AEM, Sitecore, Flutter, iOS/Android, React Native, Contentful, ...)

• A strong results-oriented mindset, with proven success in driving business opportunities and achieving targets.

• A natural ability to build and sustain a solid professional network with long-term trust.

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for new technologies and their disruptive potential.

• A readiness to travel regularly to maintain strong client relationships.

• Fluency in French and English
