📝 About the position

The Design Team is a central part of the EPD team (Engineering, Product, Design) within GM (General Marketplaces) at SMG (Swiss Marketplace Group). You will work collaboratively with one other designer to cover the design demands of the three Product Teams for our brands, Tutti and Anibis. You will be responsible for the full OKR-driven product development process, starting with a given Objective, which you will then develop further.

The broader UX Team, in which you will be embedded, includes Designers, Researchers, and Writers. Together, we are 10 ambitious UX experts who are constantly improving our ways of working and exchanging recent improvements and best practices. We engage in regular monthly virtual excellence meetings to share knowledge, as well as quarterly in-person gatherings.
