Excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a German Architecture and Engineering firm.

Location: Frankfurt

Salary: €65,000 – 95,000 experience dependent

Job Description

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a German Architecture and Engineering firm who are looking to expand their Project Management Team in Frankfurt focusing on data centres.

A Project Manager focusing on the design phases of Leitungsphasen, 1-5.

Day-to-day duties could include:

• Managing the initial project phases, from concept design to detailed planning
• Collaborating with internal design teams and external consultants
• Overseeing cost estimation and feasibility studies
• Assisting in the preparation of tender documents
• Identifying and mitigating early-stage risks
• Reporting progress to management and clients during the planning stages
• Coordinating with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements

Requirements for the role:

• Higher qualifications in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 3+ years previous professional experience a Project Manager or Project Architect
• Legal knowledge of VOB
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• German and English fluent – written and spoken
• Driving license class B
