As a Java FullStack Tech Lead at Emergn, you’ll help us shape Emergn’s exciting future and play an important role in our growth.

We want you to:

• Take responsibility over designing, coding, testing and deploying Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, architecture and delivery timelines.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

You’re a perfect fit if you have:

• 8+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on high-performance applications.
• Strong expertise in Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) and RESTful API development.
• Proficiency in version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience in agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Location requirement:

• Although this position offers the possibility to work remotely, you have to be based anywhere in Latvia.
