What we’re looking for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage SailPoint IdentityIQ and other IAM (Identity and Access Management) solutions;
  • Integrate SailPoint with various enterprise systems, applications, and cloud services;
  • Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, and certifications to meet business needs;
  • Perform access reviews, identity provisioning, and role management;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity governance and compliance;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IAM best practices are followed;
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to maintain security and compliance.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar IAM solutions;
  • Strong expertise in identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance frameworks;
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Java, Beanshell, PowerShell) to customize SailPoint functionalities;
  • Familiarity with integrating SailPoint in enterprise environments (e.g., SAP, Active Directory, or cloud applications);
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IAM issues;
  • Solid understanding of security protocols and standards like SAML, OAuth, and LDAP.

Nice to have:

  • Certifications in SailPoint IdentityIQ, or related IAM certifications;
  • Experience with other IAM tools (e.g., Okta, ForgeRock, Ping Identity);
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards like GDPR, ISO 27001, or NIST;
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools for CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities;
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving;
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to security challenges.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (mandatory);
  • Knowledge of French or Portuguese is a plus.
