Specialized in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, we currently have a team of over 2350 professionals collaborating on national and international projects across various technologies.

We are looking for a Business Analyst for this project!

General Description:

Responsible for the functional support of SAP based solutions, providing level 1 assistance to end users.

Main Responsibilities:

Respond to queries and questions from users of SAP platforms.

Perform initial triage of problems reported by accountants, differentiating errors from misuse of the platform.

Creating and managing incidents when the system exhibits unexpected behavior.

Coordinating and ensuring that the technical teams handle tickets within the stipulated deadlines.

Communicate effectively with local business partners (pool of approximately 20 people in different geographies).

Writing functional requirements in a language that is understandable to the technical teams.

Access the system on behalf of end users for error replication in test environments.

Requirements:

Functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO (non-technical, but valued).

Experience with SAP systems and multicultural contexts.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Fluent English (required); Portuguese is a plus, but not mandatory.

Availability for short trips to Europe (1-2 times a year).

Flexibility for occasional work on weekends or holidays.

Other Notes:

The role involves some administrative layer of ticket control and follow-up.

The work is carried out in a dynamic environment, with no need for development or technical customization.
