Internship - Fragrance & Beauty : Training Project Manager (position in English and German)

The Fragrance and Beauty division asserts its uniqueness through a promise: revealing the beauty of each woman in her most singular form through her perfume, make-up and skincare products. This philosophy is largely inherited from Mademoiselle Chanel, who has always worked to assert her own independence and that of all women.

Reporting to the Retail Learning Manager Fragrance and Beauty, you will be involved in developing the training centre, both face-to-face and digital, and in organising events and training on the House and its creations. You will help to pass on knowledge to a wide range of people, by setting up innovative tools and dedicated programmes. You will work with the local marketing, sales, point-of-sale and communications teams.

MISSIONS

App e-learning: an application dedicated to training sales teams:

• Creation of training events, tracking of registrations and actual attendance
• User management
• Participate in frequent adaptations and animations of the app for the market (e.g. competitions)
• Creating local content: videos and photographs
• Monitoring KPIs and producing dashboards
  
  
  

Monitoring the training plan:

• Communication of training dates to customers
• Book project management: translation, updating, quotes and printing
• Training reviews, monitoring KPIs and producing dashboards
  
  
  

Operational management:

• Preparing classrooms (gifts, books, decoration) and sending materials
• Organisation of participants' visits (travel, hotels, restaurants, caterers)
• Booking rooms in German-speaking Switzerland in accordance with the training plan
• Inventory of available training materials
  
  
  

Events:

• Participation in the organisation of various events, for example live sessions
• Development of decoration and visibility tools
  
  
  

Uniform management for the sales force:

• Support for the person in charge of uniform management
  
  
  

Region

• Gathering information from different markets for various forecasts and analyses
  
  
  

WHAT WE ARE WAITING FROM YOU:

Currently pursuing a higher education in a Bachelor/Master, you are looking for an empowering internship that will allow you to develop your skills.

You are curious about the world of Fragrance & Beauty and luxury.

Rigorous and organized, you have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to coordinate different contacts in a multicultural environment.

Finally, you are proactive, adaptable by nature and enjoy working in a stimulating and evolving environment.

You are fluent in English and German (spoken and written) and have a good command of IT tools (particularly PowerPoint and Excel).
